It consists of bowl, scroll pusher, differential system, main and auxiliary motors, base frame, machine casing, lubrication system, vibration damping device and PLC control system.

Material contact components such as the bowl and scroll can be made of 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy and other materials according to material characteristics. Hard alloy can be surfacing-welded on the scroll blade to enhance wear resistance.

The equipment is mainly composed of a composite piston pusher mechanism, a pusher plate, first-to-third-stage drums, a screen mesh, a hydraulic system, a lubrication system, a vibration-damping base, a motor drive device, a material silo, a cleaning system and an intelligent monitoring unit. All components operate synergistically to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Among them, the key components in direct contact with materials, such as drums, screen mesh and pusher plate, can be flexibly selected according to the specific composition of materials. The optional materials include 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, titanium alloy, Hastelloy and other materials. These materials have the characteristics of high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively extend the service life of components and adapt to material processing needs under different working conditions.
