Core Process: Based on rare earth magnetic disk separation technology, this equipment utilizes the strong magnetic force of rare earth permanent magnet materials to rapidly adsorb magnetic suspended particles, iron-containing flocs, and magnetically coupled pollutants in water bodies. The disk rotation achieves efficient solid-liquid separation, completing water purification. (2) Magnetic Coagulation Skid-Mounted Equipment

Core Technology: Integrating "coagulation sedimentation + magnetic loading technology," this equipment adds magnetic powder as crystal nuclei to the traditional coagulation process, accelerating the formation of dense magnetic flocs from pollutants in the water. This significantly improves sedimentation and separation efficiency and shortens reaction and sedimentation time. The equipment integrates mixing, reaction, magnetic separation, sedimentation, and magnetic powder recovery units into a skid-mounted unit. The magnetic powder is recyclable, requiring less reagent dosage. Its treatment efficiency is far higher than conventional coagulation equipment, and it occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 the space of a traditional coagulation sedimentation tank. It is suitable for municipal wastewater upgrading, industrial wastewater phosphorus and turbidity removal, and landscape water purification, and is especially suitable for water treatment projects with limited space.
