We select models based on average daily water volume + peak water volume + 10-20% margin; for domestic sewage, we calculate based on per capita wastewater discharge; for water purification/supply, we calculate based on the end-use point and head; and for magnetic separation/magnetic coagulation, we match the influent SS (suspended solids) with the treatment requirements. The standard quotation includes the equipment itself, core components, electrical control system, transportation, installation and commissioning, operation training, and warranty; it excludes civil engineering, foundation, external piping, online monitoring, and chemical consumables. The quotation is detailed and contains no hidden additional items.
All equipment can be used to generate as-built documentation and operation reports, meeting the requirements for environmental impact assessment acceptance and operation and maintenance records.
Standard skid-mounted equipment is delivered in 15-30 days, while integrated equipment takes 30-60 days. Installation and commissioning are generally completed in 3-7 days, without affecting normal production/life.
The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year, and extended warranties for core pumps, fans, membrane modules and frequency converters are optional; 7×24-hour response, lifetime maintenance and upgrades at cost price.
Acceptance will be based on design parameters, effluent water quality, and operational stability. A commissioning report and water quality test report will be provided, and delivery will proceed only if the standards are met.
