Product Introduction

Core Process and Working Principle:

Adopting a fully automated process of "intelligent detection + precise metering + automatic dosing + real-time feedback," the core consists of four major units: a agent dissolution and stirring system, a metering and dosing system, an intelligent control system, and an online monitoring system, forming a closed-loop control that completes the entire dosing operation without manual intervention.

Working Principle:

The online monitoring system monitors water quality indicators (such as COD, suspended solids, pH, turbidity, etc.) in real time during wastewater treatment and transmits the data to the intelligent control system. Based on preset parameters and real-time water quality data, the control system automatically calculates the required dosage of chemicals and precisely controls the dosing rate and dosage of the metering pump. The chemical dissolution and stirring system pre-dissolves and stirs the solid chemicals evenly to form a qualified chemical solution, which is then transported to the metering dosing system through pipelines. The metering dosing system accurately adds the chemicals to the wastewater treatment unit according to the control system's instructions, while simultaneously providing real-time feedback on the dosage data, forming a closed-loop regulation system to ensure precise matching of the dosage to water quality requirements, avoiding chemical waste and substandard treatment.

Core Product Advantages:

1. Precise Dosing, Stable and Controllable Water Quality: Equipped with high-precision online monitoring instruments and metering pumps, the dosing accuracy can reach ±1%. It can automatically adjust the dosage based on real-time water quality fluctuations in the wastewater treatment plant, avoiding errors from manual dosing and ensuring stable wastewater treatment results.

2. Fully Automated Operation, Significantly Reduced Maintenance Costs: The entire system adopts a PLC intelligent control system, enabling fully automated operation of the entire process of reagent dissolution, stirring, metering, and dosing. No 24-hour dedicated personnel are required; only periodic reagent replenishment and equipment checks are needed, significantly reducing manual labor. Perfectly compatible with Alibaba and Google's lightweight post-website setup. Quantitative operation and maintenance requirements;

3. Highly adaptable and flexible for all scenarios: Compatible with various water treatment agents such as coagulants, flocculants, disinfectants, and denitrification and phosphorus removal agents; can be used with various sewage treatment equipment such as domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and magnetic coagulation; can also be used independently for small-scale sewage treatment and emergency dosing scenarios; the dosage can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the phased changes in water quality and quantity during the construction process, demonstrating strong versatility;

4. Energy saving and consumption reduction, reducing agent waste: Through intelligent closed-loop control, it accurately matches the agent dosage with water quality requirements, avoiding agent waste and secondary pollution caused by overdosing. Compared with traditional manual dosing, it can save energy. 5. Saves 20%-30% on reagents, significantly reducing water treatment operation costs for long-term use;

6. Skid-mounted integration for quick and easy deployment: Adopting a modular skid-mounted design, it highly integrates reagent dissolution, stirring, metering, and control units into one unit, occupying only 50% of the space of traditional dosing devices. It can be flexibly placed in corner areas of the project site; the equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory, requiring only water and electricity connections and pipe connections on-site, and can be installed and put into operation within one week, without delaying the overall project schedule;

7. Convenient operation and low maintenance difficulty: Equipped with a high-definition touch screen operating interface for parameter setting, operation status monitoring, etc. The fault alarm and other functions are clearly displayed, allowing staff to operate the equipment without specialized skills. The standardized design of the equipment components ensures a neat structure, facilitating daily maintenance and parts replacement. Remote fault diagnosis is also supported, enabling timely troubleshooting of operational anomalies and lowering the barrier to entry for maintenance.

Suitable Scenarios:

Emergency chemical dosing for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater during construction; chemical dosing for domestic sewage treatment systems during operation (denitrification and phosphorus removal, coagulation and sedimentation); chemical dosing for industrial wastewater treatment systems (pretreatment of recalcitrant COD, auxiliary chemical dosing for softening high-salinity wastewater); chemical dosing at temporary sewage treatment sites; and chemical dosing for various sewage treatment equipment to achieve deep water purification and compliance with standards.
