On April 3, Huate Technology convened its operational analysis meeting for the first quarter of 2026. Second, the role of Party branches as "combat strongholds" must be fully leveraged, with Party members and cadres taking the lead and serving as role models; by fostering team growth, the company aims to drive performance growth and realize the objective of mutual development between employees and the enterprise. Third, efforts to deepen the corporate governance system must continue; a policy framework that encourages initiative and entrepreneurship should be established, adhering to the principle of being "legally sound yet operationally streamlined," in order to further optimize workflows and boost personnel efficiency.
